Cal-Spec Home Inspections are industry veterans with 15 years of experience performing home inspections and an additional 27 years in the construction and remodeling industry. Since we have repaired and rebuilt problem areas multiple times, we know exactly where to look for potential problematic issues in a home---and how to find them  ---saving you both money and grief. We would be honored to demonstrate that for you personally. We, at Cal-Spec,  prefer advance scheduling of 48 hours, but will gladly accommodate emergencies.

We wholeheartedly urge clients to participate in the inspection, where we can answer questions on the spot, offer preventive and maintenance tips, as well as provide the knowledge, self-confidence and peace of mind in a sometimes overwhelming experience of buying or selling a home. We want our clients to see everything as we do—“hands on.” Our expertise will not end at the inspection; we are always available for complementary telephone consultation following the inspection as well.

We provide state of the art computer-generated, narrative, full-photo reports . You will find a summary page at the end, which highlights problem areas and potential repair issues. The reports are easy to read, thorough and detailed, and available the same day on-site, by e-mail, fax, U.S. Mail, or hand-delivered to your realtor, if you choose.
